Writers & Editors Wanted For New Publication: Conscious Creatives (C2)
A new publication that brings awareness to social justice issues and policies in America and abroad
I’m launching a new publication, Conscious Creatives (C2) to bring awareness to social justice issues and policies in America and abroad. We would like to focus on:
Personal stories — that show how a social justice issue motivates, informs, or impacts or your work
Hero Spotlights — stories about the people and organizations that are doing the work
State and Local Policies — that impact social justice issue like housing and homelessness,affordable housing laws, ordinances, funding, etc.
Resources — Ideally vetted and verifiable resources that can help people in need of resources like rental assistance funds, food banks, community and cohousing opportunities, etc.
We would like editors to review and approve pieces that are well written, timely and help others understand and hopefully advocate for social justice and #EquityForAll.
In light of the current political climate, we want to be a safe place for people to share their work. However, we cannot and will not publish pieces with any bias or hateful language.
This is new publication with new editors, so we need people who are dedicated, patient and familiar with Medium’s platform.
